RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our software is used after extensive discovery and statement of work discussions and documentation. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

We always want you to be 100% happy with our software, but sometimes things just don't work out. We offer a 7 day (from the time the invoice is issued) return policy for fees charged on software whereby there can be provided proof of material inaccuracy of our software. Please contact us via email at [email protected] if you are not satisfied with the product(s) and services that you purchased and would like to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide more than 5 pages of content description and photographs explaining your position.

REFUNDS

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement
